With average age less than 35 years old, Longcheng is led by a young management team, which is multinational and of diverse management concepts. Our Organization
In Longcheng, there is a sound organization team. Party Branch, Work Union, Youth League play a leading and exemplary role in different workforce and become not only a bridge between employees and enterprise, but also a spiritual homeland for all the staff, which enriches the connotation of the corporation culture.
  • Party Branch

    Longcheng has all together 15 party members and will develop 1 or 2 members per year. They are distributed in different areas and play an exemplary role as party members. They are devoting themselves for the completion of production, technical and management tasks and difficult problems solving.

  • Work Union

    Work Union coordinates and solves conflicts between employees and the enterprise. It represents the interest of employees and protects them. Each year on behalf of employees, it will sign a union collective contract with the company, plan the welfare system, care staff in difficulty, carry out overall activities, comfort retired employees and became the spiritual support of employees.

  • Youth League

    Youth League is an organization for young employees. It grasps the needs, ideas and movement of younger workers and inspires them to stay innovative to burst vitality and passion for enterprise development. It satisfies the spiritual needs of young people and spares the feelings of humanity care to young employees.

  • Women's Federation

    Women's Federation of Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. was established in March 2013. It is a mass organization of female employees in the company under the leadership of the Party Branch. It is a bridge and link for the party to connect with the masses of women. Company Women's Federation events will be held from time to time to fully interact with female employees and let them play an important role in the development of the enterprise.
