The company carried out training of equipment maintenance
With the increasing development scale of the company, company’s CNC lathes are constantly upgraded. At the same time, the number of EMAG and Mazak automatic production lines is increased year by year. Holding the corporate culture "Work in Longcheng, Learn in Longcheng and Grow in Longcheng", in order to further enhance the management and maintenance level of automated production lines for relevant personnel, the company invited the Electrical and Mechanical College to jointly launch special training of machine maintenance.

Longcheng Mid-level Leadership Model Training" was successfully held
On 20th of April, under the well organization and coordination of Human Resources Department, half-day Mid-level Leadership Model Training of Longcheng was held in Taihu Bay Kaiyuan Hotel. Nearly 30 middle-level leaders all participated in the training which was given by the Deputy General Manager Wang Ling.

Longcheng carried out series training of EHS
Combined with the company’s development requirements, System and Human Resources Department carried out a series of EHS training in 2013. On 6th of July, 2013, the company continued to held the EHS series training of security technology of unarmed carrying. Totally 39 employees participated in this training including employees from various departments, workshops, as well as the warehouse or equipment department. Trainers are all from German TUV which is the long-term cooperation institution of Longcheng.
7月6日,培训室里座无虚席,大家都准时来到了培训室。在授课期间,杨老师针对徒手搬运举了各式各样的例子来讲解课程,使原本严肃的课题变得丰富多彩,他不时与员工们互动,提出问题,让员工们解答,课堂气氛严肃而不失活跃,完成理论课程收老师讲所有学员划分小组完成课题,让参加培训的学员更好的融入到学习中来,学员们积极分析,认真答题,展现了龙城员工的面貌和风采。培训是一个丰富多彩的过程,员工们始终保持积极性,全程参与,积极分享,老师专业专注也使大家受益匪浅。

数控中高级工技能鉴定,打造数控技能精英队伍。高技能操作人才作为公司持续发展的一支重要力量,在公司快速建设的进程中具有不可替代的作用。
第五期数控中高级工培训即将落幕,按照计划将于8月26日进行考试。此次培训班共有24名学员,其中数控车间20名,转子车间4名。此次培训班的开展将再次成功地为数控车间和转子车间输送了一批技术能手。日前,通过技能培训获得中级技能鉴定的员工达到了30余人,获得高级技能鉴定的员工达到了68人,获得技师资格的有16人。数控技能鉴定已经成为公司每年的“必修课”之一,也为车间管理人员的选拔提供了窗口,数控车间的主任及线长,无一不是参加培训的受益者。公司还将计划针对其他岗位进行技能鉴定培训,力争造就一支目标明确、合作愉快、技术娴熟的大团队。
艾玛克维护保养培训,适应公司发展新趋势。随着公司的战略规划和转型升级,自动化生产线的队伍越来越庞大,截至目前,公司已经拥有52台艾玛克,10台马扎克,2台德国抛丸机。尤其是艾玛克车床,在新车间里一字排开,英姿飒爽,已然成为一道亮丽的风景线。
然而,先进自动化设备的引进,也给我们的维修维护人员带来了新的挑战,设备维修人员的技能提升迫在眉睫。为了解决这一问题,一方面公司每年都会选派优秀员工和技术骨干至艾玛克苏州工厂进行参观实训,今年3月公司选派了设备管理部的史德望和任传福到艾玛克苏州工厂进行了技能提升培训;另一方面公司积极开发培训课程,今年5月和常州机电学院再次合作,针对艾玛克维修维护人员开发设计了一整套课程,请学校老师到公司开展设备维护与保养的专项系列培训。通过这些培训的开展来提升维修人员的整体水平,使他们能够更好地为设备的正常运行保驾护航。
储备干部竞聘,为公司发展提供人才库。企业为了在激烈的市场竞争中求得发展,必须有中坚管理阶层和优秀的人才,除了外聘,企业越来越重视培养自己的管理人才,打造能够发挥专长的尖兵。为此,企业一般会经过严格审慎的招聘程序,甄选出最具潜力的人才,并加以严格培训,充实储备干部。
本月,公司再次开启了储备人员的竞聘工作,今年计划招聘13人,报名工作已经接近尾声。通过第一批的储备干部情况来看,当时竞聘上的储备干部总共15人,现已有12人完成了岗位升迁或调动,绝大多数走向了车间一线管理岗位或管理人员岗位,填补了公司的人才缺口。储备干部工作的积极开展,不仅给员工开通了一个良好的职业发展通道,增加了员工的稳定性,提升员工的工作积极性,也为公司提供了一个自主人才库,为公司的发展提供了强有力的人才支持。
公司相应的技能培训和人才开发的方式还有很多,诸如一岗多能、AB级工评选、中层竞聘等,都为公司筛选培养出了一大批技术能手或专业技能人员。
“十年树木,百年树人”,人才队伍建设不是一朝一夕的事情,而是一项宏大的系统工作,公司将一如既往地按照“工作在龙城,学习在龙城,成长在龙城” 的理念,进一步建立健全的人才工作制度,加大人才开发选拔工作,为公司的发展提供源动力。
