Jiangsu Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. was built in 1994. The company started from the production of forged motorcycle gears and gradually developed into a forged parts manufacturer whose main products are automobile generator claw poles, pulleys, rotors, High speed railway forgings, small shaped forgings and non-ferrous metal forgings.

Jiangsu Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. bases in Wujin Hi-tech Industrial Zone, with a floor space of 110,000 square meters, fixed assets about 400 million Yuan and staff over 1,500 including more than 300 specialized technical personnel of all types. At present, Longcheng is one of the leading small forging manufacturers and the biggest forging claw pole suppliers in the world.
With forging experience over two decades, Longcheng is the leading manufacturer in the world with many kinds of small and mid-sized forgings such as generator claw poles, rotors, shafts, pulleys and forgings of diesel high pressure common rail fuel injection system.
Longcheng supplies more than 200 kinds of auto forgings and small-sized forgings to over a dozen of multinational auto electrical manufacturers in the world with export exceeding 50%. Forgings developed by Longcheng such as engineering machinery forgings and high speed railway OCS parts also earn customers’ nod of approval. Longcheng becomes the trustworthy supplier by its advanced forging technology. Longcheng has its own intellectual property. Patents and Honors
The company obtained a total of 4 invention patents, 10 utility model patents and 20 appearance patents authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office. The invention patents got a special gold medal in the National Patent Technology Exposition. Since 2003, automobile generator claw pole has won the National Key New Product Project, the State High-tech Product, and the State Torch Plan Project. In 2007, the company was awarded the Famous Brand in Jiangsu Province and the title of Changzhou Technology Center. In 2008, the company won the title of National High-tech Company and was identified as Jiangsu Province auto parts precision engineering technology center in 2009. In 2010 the company passed the ISO / TS16949: 2002 Quality system certification, ISO14001: 2004 Environment system certification and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety system certification done by the German TUV.
